Number of deliveries - All time high!
Helifuel have never had as many systems in order on such short delivery time as these days. During this summer 7 complete refueling systems are being finalized ready for delivery. The use of manufacturing capacity is at an all time high says Technical Manager Inge Alvestad.
Four complete refueling systems will be finalized during June. Three more will be delivered within July/August. The process of planning is critical and not without challenges both considering personnel and logistical capacity. All customers will receive their refueling systems on time and as agreed, ensures Inge Alvestad whom also is managing the production.
Complete helicopter refueling systems is not always a stock unit. Though we have standardized component in stock and normally 1 completed unit in stock there is a growing demand for systems to be customized for special needs and specifications. This requires more work on the product development side and when producing.
We also have all time high demand for our services on existing units in operation. The environments we are operating in have strict regulations to comply with for safety. It is our job to ensure that the safety requirements are granted and that the premises to approve the units for refueling are taking care of. This requires follow up and inspections on the site of operations, world wide.
